hela Sverige We need to strengthen our group with an additional resource to be responsible for assembly line and work place design & assembly line competence development. So if you're a fan of production assembly and would like to work in an international environment please read forward.
This organization within Scania is responsible for consolidation and development of Scania's joint competence within industrial engineering, as well as development and coordination of related IT-systems. We also coordinate Scania Production activities within VW Truck & Bus Holding.
Your work assignments
You will support the line organisation with new concepts, best known practice within Scania and standards about how to build a work place station and an assembly line:
Always aiming for 100% operator workload;
Easing the implementation of our traditional methods and principles such as standardised work, right from me, correct ergonomics;
Possibly including how to utilise automated machine systems (PLC's, robot assisted assembly, error proof systems etc.).
You need to work in close cooperation with Logistics in order to match the work place design with the logistics concepts (material flow, line feeding etc.) and be the reference competence within Scania when it comes to STB (Scania Time Blocks), developing education and the maintenance of the method.
Do you have the experience?
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer, having at least 5 years' experience as process engineer for assembly line and work place stations.
Excellent skills in MS Office and further system knowledge is desirable such as Lay Cad, Avix, Mona etc.
Fluent in English and additional language such as Swedish and German is a merit
Is this you?
To be comfortable in this culture you need to act as an entrepreneur and mentor, supporting the line organisation with daily issues and projects also be eager to develop yourself by developing new competences aligned with the Technology Road Map. You need to have good communication skills and ability to talk in different organisation levels.
