You have probably worked in a housekeeping department some years, you have experience and a flair for order, quality, and good leadership. You supervised a team before, and are now ready to step up and share your knowledge with a bigger area of responsibility. Working closely with management, you will work at several units in the Stockholm area, with work management, training, and efficiency improvements.
Main duties:
Support operations management and supervisors in operations, as well as training housekeeping staff.
Participate in operational work/cleaning assignments and assist where needed.
Develop and implement training modules and follow up on employee needs.
Ensure that all employees have the right conditions and knowledge to be able to perform cleaning in accordance with OMNILS and customer expectations.
Work with operations management in the recruitment and induction of new employees.
Work with operations management to ensure that transfers within the company are carried out based on the right conditions and skills.
Characteristics:
Experience and commitment: You have at least 2 years of experience in housekeeping at hotels and in management within the same field, and can provide strong references from previous employers.
Leadership and motivation: You enjoy leading and motivating staff, and have a positive energy that inspires others.
Quality awareness: You value quality and have an eye for detail.
Technical knowledge and flexibility: You are familiar with systems and appreciate digital solutions, and you are flexible and able to adapt to different situations.
Communication skills: You speak and write Swedish and/or English fluently.
Mobility: You have a driver's license and can easily get around to workplaces in Greater Stockholm.
