hela Sverige AstraZeneca are looking to recruit a Archivist to the Facilities Management Archives Services Sweden (FMASS) at AstraZeneca, Gothenburg.

In the Archive, efforts are focused on operating customer-driven processes for the archiving of hardcopy records that deliver valued services (operational archiving and related customer service processes) across all of AZ Sweden. The Archive will work with customers to evaluate and appraise records to come into the Archive, and manage those records over time until their final disposition (permanent preservation or destruction). The Archive will also enable appropriate access to records in FMASS custody. The Archive will follow documented policies and procedures provided to enable compliance and with appropriate legal, regulatory and business requirements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
As Archivist you will:
* Manage and own various operational aspects of FMASS processes; including operational archiving, related customer service processes and training.
* Work closely with customers, stakeholders and partners to ensure that practices help support AZ Global Standards.
* Interact with AZ customers, stakeholders, and partners, to manage the delivery of the archive services, practices and standards to all AZ Sweden functions.
* May act as the designated GxP Archivist for the site at which you are based and drive archive and related customer service processes and best practice, in compliance with policies, standards, legal and regulatory requirements to which the AstraZeneca is subject.
* Be responsible for the Archives Framework with operating procedures, instructions etc
* Monitor and report on metrics to ensure the efficient operation of the Archive and drive continual process improvement.
* Work closely with other FM staff and stakeholders to ensure that services can be effectively delivered at their site and across AstraZeneca
* Act as FM Quality Manager including: (i) act as lead on FM's activities in the document management system for regulated documents (ii) lead work to ensure FM is inspection ready and coordinate the function through inspections, internal and external, as needed. (iii) lead continuous improvement projects and activities as needed, both with the FM function and its partners. (iv) advise on compliance within the function and to its suppliers as well as being the point of contact for other functions with regards to quality within FM.
* The career level of the position will depend on the experience of the successful candidate.
Essential Requirements
* University education or equivalent in relevant area, e.g. Archive and Information Science (Arkiv- och Informationsvetenskap) or similar.
* At least 3 years experience of archiving in a regulated (preferably pharmaceutical) environment.
* Problem solving and analytical thinking ability is critical.
* Experience of business process analysis and continued improvement
* Experience of working with and supervising suppliers.
* Excellent Swedish and English, both spoken and in writing
* Ability to actively build relationships, striving to improve cross-functional and cross-cultural working and eliminating non-value adding activities.
* The role is expected to function effectively as part of a team (internal and external), sharing information and striving towards a common goal.
