In your role as Antura Business Solution Manager and Resource Capacity Management Specialist you will work within Organisational Support, a staff function within Group IT.
You will mainly be the Business Solution Manager for the system Antura supporting Group IT and Group functions assuring that Antura from a business perspective is useful and usable in the business. The Business Solution Manager (BSM) acts on a mandate from the Business Solution Owner. You'll also work within the Area Resource Capacity Management.
Your profile
To succeed in the role, you must be proactive and future oriented and have a great interest in technology especially Antura. Furthermore, we believe you have a customer oriented and business-like focus, with a good analytical and problem-solving mindset. You are probably used to work independently but you are also a great team player. To thrive with us, you need to be service minded and like to work in an environment where conditions can change at short notice based on users' needs. Your most important quality is that you have the will, interest and commitment.
To meet our expectations in this position, we believe that you have some of the following skills or experiences: Experience in Antura as system administrator
Experience in Resource Capacity Management process
Experience in Project Management
Good understanding of business and financial management
Leadership skills
Proficient in both Swedish and English
Good communicative skills
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience within relevant area (Information Technology or related field)
