PURPOSE OF ROLE
To provide leadership and direction to the Customer and Sales Support Teams operating within the Nordic region. The focus is on developing the software business through the provision of quality and responsive Customer and Sales Support, interfacing directly with the Marketing and Sales Groups, and interacting closely with the Business and Development Units. Directly supervise the Team members associated with these activities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Technical or engineering degree-level education. A higher degree is a plus.
• Proven and effective team management skills and experience.
• Experience with complex technical simulation software products, with strong preference for mechanical, structural and thermal applications.
• Practical knowledge of CAD, CFD, CSM, geometry modelling, and mesh generation software.
• Excellent knowledge of CFD, CSM, EM & HF modelling and numerical method theory.
• Knowledge of MS-Windows, LINUX and UNIX operating systems & MS-Office applications
