At IT-Agenturen, we believe in skill, not certification. While a good understanding of computer science and the realities of practical software development are a must, diplomas and titles play no role at IT-Agenturen.
Our organization is flat and we work tight-knit with our customers either from their offices or from ours. We work in iterative and agile processes with product managers, designers, developers, and quality assurance engineers.
Remote work from home a couple of times per week is considered completely fine - but we expect you to be flexible with what days you join remote and what days you join from the office.
We are looking for software developers who have the curiosity to join our Android teams. You will be working with Java, Kotlin, and/or C++ on Android. We look for someone who can learn and master any new field, is humble, and contributes to our team members' success by sharing their knowledge.
