Our new journey began with the roll-out of the new CRM tool to all branches and Savings Bank in Sweden. In parallel, we will start building up the new Employee Tools teams focused on managing and improving the portfolio of applications we provide to branches and contact centers.
About the job We always strive to create the best user experience for our customers, whether it is developing digital services to increase sales, adjusting to new regulations or developing tools for our customer-facing personnel.
In the Agile Product Owner role you will be responsible for:
Secure delivery of appropriate, secure and reliable IT services throughout the life-cycle in accordance to the internal and external regulations and standards.
Ensure that the backlog is in place: items are created, acceptance criteria's are defined and items are understandable for the team
Prioritize items in the backlog - find the best balance between new functionality, maintenance, life cycle, regulatory etc.
Ensure that agreed investments opportunities/MVPs from the value stream roadmap are delivered
Manage stakeholder expectations on deliveries
Plan and estimate the work together with the team
The team is located cross-border- both in Sweden and the Baltics. You will work agile, ensuring efficiency and quality with the goal to provide customer satisfaction and new business opportunities.
What you need to succeed In this position we are looking for an influencer. This means that, in addition to your knowledge about digital innovations and customer behaviors, we expect that you like learning from others, as well as to share your own knowledge and experiences.
To excel in this role, you will also need:
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both in writing and in speech
University degree from a relevant field
Experience of working with deadlines and multiple simultaneously-ongoing initiatives
To be a strong team player
Good business and technical understanding
Knowledge or experience from Retail banking and customer-centric mindset
