About the job customers, whether it is developing digital services to increase sales, adjusting to new regulations or developing tools for our customer facing personnel.
You will be working with colleagues from both Sweden and the Baltic countries. You conduct your work the agile way, ensuring that we efficiently develop the right things with the goal to provide customer satisfaction and new business opportunities.
In the Agile Product Owner role you will be responsible for:
• Secure delivery of appropriate, secure and reliable IT services throughout the life-cycle in accordance to the internal and external regulations and standards
• Ensure that the backlog is in place: items are created, acceptance criteria's are defined and items are understandable for the team
• Prioritize items in the backlog - find the best balance between new functionality, maintenance, life cycle, regulatory etc. items
• Ensure that agreed investments opportunities/MVPs from the value stream roadmap are delivered
• Manage stakeholder expectations on deliveries
• Plan and estimate the work together with the team
What you need to succeed To succeed in this role you need to be passionate about digitalization and truly believe that success is something that can only be reached by working closely with others. This means that in addition to having knowledge about digital innovations and customer behaviors, you also have to be willing to learn from others as well as share your own knowledge and experiences.
The role also requires:
Be able to communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English, both in writing and in speech
Be responsibility taking and self-motivating
Have experience of working with deadlines and multiple simultaneously ongoing initiatives
Strong team player
