If you are a driven person and experienced in working in a fast-paced environment with a deep knowledge and great interest within the area of cyber security and DDoS protection you might be the Agile product owner we are looking for!
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Work alongside with a highly skilled team of Engineers to ensure that we protect the bank against attacks from outside 24/7.
• Be part of a team with caring, fun, and fantastic colleagues that always support each other
• Drive the daily work in collaboration with the team and aim for being among the best when it comes to DDoS protection
• Firmly put yourself in the driver seat of your professional career
• Collaborate with other teams and APOs in order to secure joint deliveries
• Roadmap creation and Management:
• Managing the backlog and create, update and manage the roadmap and align it with the company 's strategic goals and customer expectation
• Ensure compliance against internal stakeholders as well as regulatory requirements
• Work with contracts and risk assessments
What is needed in this role:
• Experience within cyber security area and IT Infrastructure and extensive knowledge within the area
• Excellent communication skills, both internal as well as external including stakeholder management
• Leadership skills, you can motivate and coach both individuals and groups to drive the success of your team!
• Proven experience in successfully owning and evolving complex technical products and plan both short- and long-term work and improvements
• Fluent in English, preferably also in Swedish, verbal and writing
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or similar experience from relevant positions
