No need to look any further, we are now looking for an experienced Agile Product Owner who will drive one of the most prioritized areas in the bank, introducing a new communication platform for call centers and branches across all our home markets.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Have an important role in one of the most prioritized areas in the bank.
• Lead development for multiple teams and make sure that teams understand roadmap and execute accordingly.
• Help build an inspiring culture and workplace, together with Team Manager and CPO.
• Facilitating collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure a successful way of working and overall understanding our stakeholders' needs.
What is needed in this role:
• Ability to coordinate development for multiple teams, solve dependencies, and follow the set processes for development of new platform.
• Create roadmap and execute on it based on the vision.
• Skilled people's person, collaborating with many different stakeholders, coordinating, and connecting people.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and transformation journeys with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to drive and resolve risk/privacy/compliance topics connected to area of responsibility.
• Understanding of IT landscape, retail business and/or communication platforms.
• Experience of working in agile development organisations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
