AFRY are now creating a new unit, Digital X, to work across our company to excel in our digital offerings to our clients. In Digital X we will work with the digital strategy and overall portfolio, together with colleagues in all parts of our company. We will manage the lifecycle of digital solutions, including development, maintenance and operation; and we will support the sales of those solutions. Who are you?
What will you do?
As an agile coach at AFRY Digital X, you will play an essential part in building our newest division. You will be setting the agile way and the agile mindset for the new organization. You will work with the product teams, sales team as well as the leadership team, and to be successful in this role you will have to use your communication- and coaching skills daily.
You will be coaching both well working agile teams and also newly created teams with more essential coaching needs such as procedure, educational and supporting needs.
You will play an important part in communication with other divisions within AFRY; setting a modern, agile, high-performing interface for the future. As an organization, we strive towards having autonomous agile teams with their own ways of working and with the goal of making collaborate easy.
Who are you?
You have several years of experience as an Agile coach and Scrum master
You are a natural leader with interest in both people and technology, with excellent coaching skills
You have competence within different agile frameworks and supporting tools
You have a background within software development and an education within engineering or similar
You embrace change and have an open mind. Previous experience from implementing agile in large development organizations, is an advantage
And of course, we believe that you have a strong interest in digitalization!
