Primarily, MVV:s customers are in the areas of automotive, oil/gas and robotics/automation.

Position description:
We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Agile Coach to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with working close to Vehicle Hardware management team.
For a leader and coach at the Product Stream main task will to remove impediments with focus on flow and continuous improvements and as such
• drive change in favor of implementing an agile mindset where teams use Scrum and we scale with help of SAFe
• coach the Product Stream to adopt and apply agile principles and practices
• hold courses to train people in agile development
• work with agile coach colleagues with an improvement backlog to identify, track, prioritize, escalate and solve impediments within my Product Stream
• drive Value Streams Mapping to identify systematic impediments and optimize the flow dimension
• drive strategic improvement initiatives based on the backlog prioritization
• facilitate and moderate ceremonies in strategic continuous improvement, e.g. regular management team retrospectives
• attend various team ceremonies like the IP Plannings, daily stand-up, iteration planning, demo and retrospective to stay current with practical challenges and opportunities as well as identifying systematic impediments
• collaborate with colleagues cross product streams to solve impediments and quality concerns cross the product streams
• communicating the business need, urgency, and vision for change
• conducting or sourcing training for executives, managers and leaders, development teams, and specialty roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Release Train Engineer
• identifying Value Streams and helping define and launch Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• fostering SAFe Communities of Practice (CoPs)
• communicating progress
• benchmarking and connecting with the external community
• promoting continuing Lean-Agile education
• extending Lean-Agile practices to other areas of the company, including Lean Budgets, Lean Portfolio Management, contracts, and human resources
Education / Required Skills / Experience
• Bachelor or Master's degree (technology/engineering field is preferred).
• Few years' experience in Agile Coach / Iteration Manager / Scrum Master roles.
• SAFe SPC Certification and experience in a SAFe environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must, Swedish is add value).
• Proven knowledge and experienced in the technology field and technology project delivery.
• Proven experience in coaching technology projects.
• Proven facilitator that can lead sessions and workshops driving commitments, accountability, and deliverables.
• Proven ability to train and teach new concepts to challenging audiences.
• Demonstrated exceptional critical thinking, strategic planning, and process management skills.
• Demonstrated experience with multiple software development lifecycle methodologies (focused on Agile).
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment
• Ability to inspire, motivate and train teams and individuals to use new processes and adapt
• Demonstrated inclusive mindset that embraces diversity
• Ability to communicate effectively to executive leadership in both business and technology roles.
• Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
