Introduction
ROI is a market-leading Sales Support agency based in the UK employing c.300 people. ROI supports a range of automotive manufacturers in their fleet sales activity by providing lead generation, account management and business centre activities designed to increase the market penetration of some of the world 's most recognisable vehicle brands. ROI have major accounts with clients including but not limited to Volvo, Volkswagen Group, PSA Group, BMW and Honda.
The office in Gothenburg is based on-site at Volvo and employs three people tasked with managing the key global accounts of the field-based fleet sales team based in key global markets.
The role
ROI is looking for an administrative assistant to work half time (20 hours a week) reporting to the manager of the fleet support centre, you will be asked to assist with:
• Inputting data into agreement templates for submission to customers.
• Assist with coordination of Volvo 's response in a timely manner to Tenders from major global corporate customers. For example, collecting information for tender submissions.
• Calculating and then submitting global fleet bonuses for approval and payment.
• Capturing of key information pertinent to the issuing of contracts / support terms to major customers and ensuring that information is captured accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Updating the CRM systems with customer and account details.
• Other ad-hoc tasks that may arise from time to time.
The successful candidate should possess
• Exceptional administrative skills- you should be able to work quickly and accurately
• Excellent IT skills demonstrated through the use of Excel, Word and preference that you will have worked with a sales process/CRM or procurement bid system: such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Siebel, SAP, Citrix, SAGE CRM etc.
• Excellent written skills and a keen eye for detail
Qualifications
• You should have attained a good level of secondary education as a minimum
• It is essential that you speak fluent English and have an awareness of business vocabular
