In this multifaceted position you support the Program Manager in the planning, administration and other logistics associated with delivering automotive dealer training in the Nordic and Baltic region including alignment with our virtual Training Administration team. Your Responsibilities: Administration of all training delivery services, including: . Schedule classes . Use Learning Management System (LMS) reports for planning support to identify required training courses . Alignment of campaigning efforts with support centre . Prepare dealer communication for all Nordic markets, including a monthly newsletter . Book hotel and venue in accordance to the planning for internal and external training delivery . Regular confirmation of number of participants to external venues . General administrative work
Your Qualification: . Vocational Education or Bachelors degree . Work experience in training administration or a related field . Excellent organisational skills & ability to meet deadlines . Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Offices Packages . Excellent Communication skills . Approachable and confident personality .
