hela Sverige Dfind Finance is behalf of client seeking an Accounting Assistant. The client is a large international company in northern Stockholm. The assignment is full time, starting immediately, and extends approximately 6 months.
Your tasks include:
• Processing the accounts payable flow within Staff Functions
• Responsible for creating journal vouchers, accruals, and customer invoice specifications
• Coding of pension invoices etc
• Update general ledger specifications
• Various analysis for Staff Functions
Required skills and experience desirable for resource:
• Newly graduated or with a few years of working experience
• Good knowledge in SAP KIS
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Cognos Controller is an advantage
Your personal requirements include:
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with collegues as well as management
• Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independantly but also function well in a group
• Ability to take directions but also able to contribute with concrete ideas to make continuous improvments
