About the job:

Now we have a great opportunity for an Account Manager with a passion for sales to join our growing and dynamic team in Stockholm. We are on an growth journey with a clear expansion strategy both within the Baltics, Nordics and globally, your responsibilities will cover both Nordic and Baltics an also Benelux customers.

Our ideal Account Manager is a self-starter with experience working within the software business that holds a great technical understanding and values a successful customer journey. Since you will be processing a completely new market, your competence should lie there in the processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline in relation to our products and services
• Build strong long lasting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Structure, negotiate and close deals
• Play a part in building the Trapets brand by actively taking part in planning and attending industry and marketing events and webinars

We are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve quality, enhance our sales possibilities, and grow customer happiness. We would like to welcome an organized, structured, and detail-oriented Technical Account Manager colleague to our team at Trapets. In this role you will report to our Head of Sales.

Qualifications and Experience Required

We think you have a few years' experience in sales and preferably in the software solutions /services area. You're passionate, driven, and self-managed with experience of driving complex sales processes. And some more:

• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills (verbal & written)
• Have experience in driving new sales
• Have the ability to build trust and strong relationships with relevant stakeholders (internal & external)
• Self-Starter with the ability to work effectively and proactively in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving company and industry.

Whilst you will be based in Stockholm your target markets for driving new sales will be Danmark and Baltics. Previous experience in driving growth within new sales in these markets are not a must, however it will be seen as an advantage.

Also previous expertise in Securities trading, AML, Client Screening, KYC, Customer Due Diligence is of course also welcomed.
