Now we are searching to find a new colleague who wants to learn our drive, operations and business concept and convey the right image of Yallotrade to our customers.
Your profile
A service-oriented spider to our web who has a passion for providing service and helping others with your most important tools, phone and computer. You keep a high pace with a smile on your face while multitasking. A problem solver that only sees opportunities along the road.
You're an outgoing, stress-free persona who looks forward to evolving together with your team and has no problem asking for help when needed.
Some of your qualifications are:
• A completed upper secondary education
• Have 1-2 years' experience of customer service
• Have 1-2 years' experience in administrative tasks
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English
It would be beneficial if you have:
• Other language skills
• Experience or knowledge in auto insurance
A day at work:
You have the phone ready and the calls start to flow in, you keep a high pace when it comes to providing the best service for our customers. Calls such as an insurance company that needs help getting an insurance case into our platform while you are guiding a workshop by email with their application to become a potential customer. You have a constant eye on the daily auctions on the platform and other administrative tasks.
You will work in a small team where teamwork and open communications are vital. With introduction and continuous training, you will have the knowledge to work with a wide variety of tasks and a broad network.
