As a language coach at Upgrades you plan and tailor the teaching to needs of the participant. The work is assignment-based and ranges from 10-30 weeks with 1-2 lessons/week. Each lesson is 90 minutes. The teaching takes place at the workplace of the participant or in their home. The nature of the assignments varies depending on the level, number of participants, and requested day/time/location. Upgrades provides books and other materials for you to use in your lesson planning.
Please note that we are only hiring languages coaches for face-to-face lesson (not online).
Your profile
You have confidence in your own ability and enjoy a varied work where you independently plan the tutoring according to the needs of the participant. As a tutor you structured and have great drive and commitment.
Requirements
Full professional proficiency in English and knowledge of English used within business context
Dedicated, perceptive, flexible and committed
Communicative, structured and pedagogical at heart
It is a great advantage if you speak Swedish but not a requirement.
