Wipro Infrastructure Engineering AB looking for a Sales Manager for the European Markets
We are looking for a person who will build a new base with customers for our products. You are open for travelling in Europe but travelling to the other parts of the world can be necessary. You are self-driven in work and used to developing contacts with new customers and have a broad business network.
Responsibilities:
• Establish new business network with potential customers.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers.
• Analyse the market and look for new business opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies, sales plans and help achieve them.
• Co-ordinate transactional issues between customer & plant
• Explore and grow business with the customer organizations
• Formulate, interpret and implement contracts with customer
• Represent the customer internally within the organization
• Prepare and submit quotations to customers
• Collate market reports and intelligence from customers
• Monitor customer wise profitability
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalant
• 7-15 years of technical sales experience.
• Experience of selling to OEM customers, preferable Engineering industry.
• Ability to independently work on collection of market data and analyze trends for strategy development.
• As a person you should be goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• You should have good networking skills and should have the ability to build confidence/faith/trust with customers.
• Experience of negotiations of deals.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal in English. Knowledge of other European languages will be added in advantage.
• Basic knowledge of product costing will be added advantage.
Reporting: The position reports directly to the Head of Operations.
