Main responsibilities

• You will jump start with IT support in our internal service desk, with a focus on clients, Microsoft tools and telecommunications. For example:
• Creating accounts and setting access for users.
• Help out with new installations on company phones and computers.
• Service your colleagues with IT-related issues such as problems with the email client, the internal network or other internal IT-systems.
• Monitoring of services, responsible for the inbox and categorization for assigning tasks to 2nd line.
• Being proactive towards client performance to maintain high availability of services.
• If you have the profile and interest, cyber security on the edge is a core property of our services.

In that case we need YOU to work in our internal IT department. At this department, we develop and support our internal IT- systems, internal IT tools as well as all our quality systems. We support Sectra offices in 15 countries, which will give you a lot of international experience. Your clients, Sectra 's internal employees, are mostly engineers and have high demands and tricky errands. You will thus have a good opportunity to learn and become a real expert in your field.

The following requirements apply:
• A strong will to help people and interact to find solutions even in stressful situations.
• Being the first contact for our users your social competence is crucial!
• A degree in IT engineering with excellent academic record.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Experience from IT support or eager to get it, and learn more to grow in your position.
• You also need a Swedish citizenship due to regulatory demands.

We consider it an asset if you also:
• Stronger academic credentials than required above.
• Fluency in additional languages.
• Experience with other cultures.

Have other skills, such as:
• A pilot's license (we have many pilots at Sectra who fly to our customers or partners in our own airplane).
• Singing or playing musical instruments (we have a lively music tradition at Sectra).
• A background in sports.
