On behalf of one of our clients we are looking for a Projekt Coordinator that will work in both Helsingborg and Älmhult.
As Project Coordinator you will:
* Perform "awareness presentations" regarding the information that should be collected
* Give basic support to the people that should provide the information
* Get help from the experts if more detailed information and knowledge is needed
* Follow up that the information is received within the given deadline
* Structure and analyse the information that has been received
* Suggest action points based on the analysed information
You have the folllowing profile:
* 4-7 years work experience from similar roles
* Structured & analytical
* Administrative skills. Keeping track and organizing the received information
* Experience from working in a project environment. Planning the work, setting deadlines and follow up
* Working in a team with different knowledge and skills. I.e. in a team with a mix of resources working with administrative/coordination tasks and experts (legal and IT security)
* Communication skills, being able to do an awareness presentation based on a given material
* Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Very good English skill
