As a Community Manager, you will be handling daily tickets of our community of Kickstarter backers and customers. This requires good written and communication skills in English and a positive attitude :)
The main task is responding to customers' inquiries, complaints, returns. Basically, we want to make sure our community receives an outstanding customer experience.
We use a software called Zendesk and knowledge of Zendesk is crucial for this role.
http://www.zendesk.comYou would be working closing with our logistics manager about orders, tracking, status updates and inventing new ways to improve and optimize the customer experience.
We love what we do and want to make sure our customers are happy.
Social Media Management & Digital Campaigns - Create social media impact through content and campaigns around our product. (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest, etc.) Reading metrics and improving our process is a plus.
Kickstarting products together with our awesome team - Be part of the development of exciting new products in 2017.
FORM OF EMPLOYMENT
This position is full time and you will be working at flyte, however your contract will be with Working for Change Works.
