We are looking for a driven and people-focused Talent Hunter / Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in shaping our teams by finding the right people for the right roles-faster and smarter.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stages
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring
Promote employer branding and ensure a great candidate experience
Maintain recruitment data and reports
Requirements
Experience as a recruiter, talent hunter, or similar role
Strong sourcing and communication skills
Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented mindset
Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
