Do you have what it takes to help us achieve supreme customer service experience? You will find yourself at the very forefront of the electronics industry and take on an important role with challenging demands. It will be your mission to keep us flexible, reliable and profitable as we are growing. As one of our Export Coordinators you will be responsible for customer orders and deliveries. Your responsibilities will range from releasing customer orders in our ERP-system, following up on customer order to ensure on time delivery. Further to this you will also be a M3 power user working specifically in the customer module, giving you the opportunity to be a key stakeholder when it comes to system and process development.
You will work with a dedicated team and report to Export Group Manager.
ArbetsuppgifterM3 Power User
• Managing Support Cases raised from our Subsidiary's
• Drive and develop System Improvements in the OIS Module
• Arrange monthly reviews with Key Users
• Member of CCB Board
• Coordinate communication between key users
Order Management:
• Processing Customer orders from our Subsidiaries & Distributors
• Ensuring orders are scheduled in a timely manner and maintaining regular communication with the customer in relation to all supply chain issues affecting order delivery
• Coordinating with production sites in all countries
• Maintain effective relationships with customers (internal and external) to assist in the provision of excellent customer service by daily problem solving.
Shipping:
• Booking transports for deliveries all over the world
• Ensure all goods are shipped and transacted in accordance with their terms and conditions.
• Ensuring that Internal and external invoices are transacted in a timely manner
• Manage and deliver excellent service levels and right cost

General:
• Deliver continuous improvement to enhance performance, quality, efficiency, and cost
• Assist Customers internally and externally with shipping needs and daily problem solving
• Support a proactive safety environment, with emphasis on good housekeeping techniques.
Required Experience
• Has commercial awareness within an export-oriented business
• Has experience in producing EU/International export documentation
• Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar environment
• Experience from working in an ERP-system and as power user - preferably M3/Movex/Customer Module
• Swedish, English, written and spoken alike
• IT literate,
Place of employment: Headquarters in Stockholm
You will be hired directly by our client, but they work with Aditro Logistics Staffing throughout the process.
