What will you do?
You will be working on designing our mobile and web based platforms and working closely with the founders to turn ideas and needs into thought through designs.
Create prototypes for new product ideas.
Improve the design (both UX and UI) of an existing mobile application.
Design new functions for the mobile application based on simple requirements
Optimize design & UX of web-based member portal.
Test and improve intuitively & experience across platforms.
Who are you?

You have the ability to discuss and explain design options, and have a customer-centered mindset.
Ability to get a deep understanding for the user as well as the company's business model & core focus.
Understanding of building community & connecting people.
You see yourself as an entrepreneur and you are eager to take the next steps with your inner drive.
You have good communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English.
You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment and are able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
You think creatively and identify new and innovative ways to solve problems.
You are eager to learn and grow, and have a desire to develop yourself both professionally and personally.
You firmly believe that housing can be disrupted and see yourself be a creator of future cities & communities.
