Job Responsibilities
As Unit Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams working with CAD/vPDM solutions
Guide the shift toward modular and digital product development
Build bridges - fostering trust and collaboration across teams, brands, and countries
Drive exciting strategic initiatives, such as:
Transforming our CAD/vPDM platform into a modern digital ecosystem
Creating a common way of working across TRATON brands
Supporting our business expansion in China with smart processes and IT solutions
Nurture a high-performing culture where diverse voices, teamwork, and personal growth are celebrated
Who You Are
You are a visionary, people-centered leader who thrives in dynamic, technical environments. In your role you combine strategic thinking with the ability to coach, support, and motivate your teams.
You bring:
Proven leadership experience in engineering, IT, or digital transformation
Hands-on knowledge of CAD/vPDM platforms (e.g., CATIA, Enovia, 3DEXPERIENCE)
Experience from working with technical document and access management
Understanding of modularization and sustainable product development
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (German is a plus)
Experience in AI technology supporting solution development
A degree in engineering or a related field
