TenderEasy is looking for a results driven, self-motivated and resourceful individual to join our awesome team in Stockholm.
We expect you to be responsible for the complete post-sale success and satisfaction of our customers. The Transport Sourcing Analyst/Consultant that we are looking for is expected to possess knowledge, expertise and experience in transport procurement.
Key responsibilities:
• Planning, implementing and conducting integrations and trainings with customers
• Performing customer verifications
• Providing support during and after projects with customers
• Handling incoming requests from customers, assigning priorities and ensuring that issues are resolved
• Gathering customer information and documenting the interactions with customers
• Pro-actively contact existing customers
• Preparing internal and external reports
• Growing and selling TenderEasy's solutions to existing customers
