To our Customs & Trade Compliance Department at Husqvarna Global Operations we are now looking for a Trade Compliance Specialist to strengthen our team. The team is responsible for import, classification, Free Trade agreements, and trade compliance across all sites in Sweden but operates in an international environment.

Areas of responsibilities (among others):
Proactively identify potential trade risks, take actions to control and mitigate the risk, and provide advice on how to remediate these in the most effective manner
Support, handle and advise in global customs and trade issues.
Initiate internal trainings and programs concerning customs and trade
Secure compliance with international trade regulations by ensuring that the required mechanisms and structures are in place to provide effective oversight, control and accountability in international cross-border trade activities.
Support group sites in terms of trade compliance documentation (including customs documentation)
Update and create routines around the export controls and its regulations so that the internal compliance program is always up to date
About you
We are looking for someone with a university degree in a relevant field e.g. law/- engineering, or significant prior experience in trade compliance, including sanctions and export licenses. You have an understanding for classification of goods and are able to follow the laws and regulations that countries are held to. With a minimum of 3 years' experience in exports and international trade, you're used to operate in a global work environment. Furthermore you are updated about the geopolitical changes that may affect the exports of the company. As a person you are curious and proficient in your field, ready to assume the role of adviser to others! Fluent skills in English and Swedish is required .
Location: Huskvarna, with a weekly office attendance.
