A newly renovated life style hotel with 170 rooms and 4 conference room in close proximity to the finance district and the Stureplan.
We are looking for an engaged and passionate Engineer to join our fantastic team
You will be responsible for the daily operations in the department, for proactive
Maintenance and safety & security. You report to the General Manager.
Key responsibilities:
• Make certain that preventative maintenance is carried out to ensure that the property is maintained and in service for our guests
• Develop the property and plan long- and short-term investment
• Keep up to date with the relevant legislation
• In-charge of internal systems as fire alarm, sprinkler, BMS system (local training and courses are given internally)
• Document, develop and follow up procedures related to your department
Qualifications:
We believe that a suitable background for this role is that you experience in Engineering and/or Facility Management.
Documented knowledge of plumbing, ventilation, fire protection system, electrical systems is an advantage.
It is important that you are good at developing relations both internally and externally. You also need to be organized and be used to prioritise your workday. Since we communicate both in Swedish and English it is important that you can communicate fluently both verbally and in writing in both languages.
