MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recrutiment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

MultiMind is looking to appoint a skilled second line support agent for an assignment with one of our clients. Our client is a young media company which provides cloud-based services for watching live and recorded TV on multimedia devices. In this position you will stationed in our client's offices in central Stockholm and from there you will be supporting Thai customers. As you will be working towards the Thai market, you will be working off-set hours in accordance with local office hours.

Your tasks: 

As an employee of the customer service division you will be giving the customers pedagogical and personal service by phone, email and in social media. You will take ownership of user problems and work to find the best solution in each individual case. We expect you to be a driven individual who is willing and able to contribute with creative ideas and suggestions on how to perfect the service given to customers. Your will:

• provide second level support to high calibre customers and personnel

• support the first line team to resolve issues that come into the service desk acting as a point of escalation for more challenging issues

• ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined service level targets

• proactively help resolve tickets where required

Requirements:

• Have completed their secondary education and worked with the sales or service occupations previously
• Have advanced computer skills and an interest in new technology such as Smartphones, Tablets, and Smart TVs.
• Experience working as tech support/helpdesk as a first or second line agent
• Fluency in Thai and full working proficiency in English

The Company:

Our client is a young media company that provides a cloudbased service for watching live and recorded TV. They are reimagining TV from the customer point of view and want more and more viewers to find the TV they love, and be able to consume it how, where and when they want. They have brought the digital world together with the broadcast world in order to deliver TV in the best way possible, bringing together all of today’s possibilities.

This position will give you the opportunity to work in an international company that is currently in a phase of expansion. You will play an important role in the development of a new department that supports a new market. Starting as a six month consultancy opportunity, chances for extension are good.
