hela Sverige We are recruiting a Test/Delivery Automation Developer for our client. This is how they describes their business and your role:
A previously unsolved optimization problem, a distributed leading edge Software as a Service platform, a trillion dollar market and a team of razor sharp scientists and engineers in a well funded startup. That's where we are today. Next we're determined to save our clients' money and reduce some of the pressure on the environment by cutting down waste in manufacturing. Early adopters tell us we're spot on, and the first wave of real customers, around the globe, are ready to get started in 2014.
The challenge: Our SaaS delivered product is a large and highly complex product with heuristic algorithms impacted by a huge number of constraints parameters and other endlessly varying input. Failing to deliver high quality output can cause large economic loss to our end customers. Needless to say, quality testing and a high degree of automation presents a huge challenge in itself and is key to our delivery.
You will be a part of our clients small but highly important Software Quality Team that runs the process, implementation, and tool-chain of everything from integration to system test. The team also owns the System Test Platform which all developers rely on. You would join at a time where you will be able to influence and shape our clients testing. This is not a role for the faint-hearted.
You will work side-by-side with some of the smartest scientists and engineers in an innovative, energetic, and team-oriented culture. They strive to create a flexible and fun workplace. Our clients business is privately owned with solid backing from industrial investors.
The role, which is full time, is located at out clients Stockholm office.
Profil / profile (you match most of these skills and experiences)
• Automation of everything possible and continuous integration / delivery
• Scientific, data-driven approach to testing
• Software development in a collaborative, agile environment
Code coverage analysis
• The more the merrier: Java, Scala, Python, Groovy, Bash, Git, GitLab, SQL, Postgres, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Django, REST
• Working in a Linux environment, including shell scripting
• Excellent interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
• At least 3 years experience in the field
• Great attention to detail, curiosity and commitment to deliver
• M.Sc. in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
• Fluent in both English and Swedish
Meriterande / Nice-to-haves:
• Mathematics and Geometry
• HPC and software utilizing heavy parallelism
• Any view of DevOps
• Clound Infrastrukture, IaaS, PaaS
