We are currently looking for a CFO to lead our Finance team

The role:
Being the lead finance person for Telenor Connexion means taking an overall financial responsibility. You will have overall responsibility for a team operating in Stockholm, Sweden.
Your main task will be ensuring the continued improvement of the processes and procedures within the company. You will be responsible for overseeing all statutory issues within this team and be an advisor for statutory, tax and legal issues. Furthermore you will be responsible for coordinating the budget process.
This position works closely with operating management to develop and execute strategies to drive profitability and support revenue growth. The post holder will be a member of the management team and report to CEO. You will be expected to have business knowledge and possess a view for production, R&D and marketing activities. Operationally you will:
• Develop and prepare the Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, and Quarterly Forecast financials and presentations in collaboration with the management team
• Provide performance reporting tools and metrics to management to optimize business results
• Optimize the transaction processing and financial reporting requirements
• Monitor and drive Capital Expenditure efficiency
• Lead and drive process improvement and productivity projects
• Identify business risks and mitigating opportunities
• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets
Requirements
• The right candidate for this role will have a degree in Finance & Accounting with 10-15 years of relevant work experience
• You must demonstrate expertise in the following areas: operations accounting, financial reporting, internal control, financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, project management, and technical accounting knowledge
• Strong business and industry knowledge as well as the ability to develop and implement robust financial processes to drive effective decisions
• Proven history of leading cross functional teams to drive major corporate initiatives as well as the ability to build organizational relationships with customers, peers and operating partners
• Excellent skills with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint are required; skills with Navision and Hyperion are preferred. Essbase skills is a plus.
