This is a consultant position located in Stockholm. The team is working shifts throughout the day and evenings.
Job Description
To one of our clients within the stock exchange market we are looking for a Technical Support Analyst with a drive for solving technical cases for their customers. We want the person to have an interest and curiosity for the financial markets as you will work at the edge of the Nordic financial exchange system.
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide first line support to their trading members on a daily basis. You will solve both standard and complex technical issues ranging from trading protocols, connectivity, market data and trading-related queries. Together with your colleagues on the Technical Support team, you will be building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing day-to-day client support. The team is part of European Market Operations. European Market Operations have teams based in Stockholm and Vilnius.
In this role, you will be involved in cross-platform projects and releases, providing support to the organization as well as testing new functionality. You will strive to be proactive with client's problems and will be a key person to identify and troubleshoot issues of minor and critical levels.

Admission and Application
It is a fulltime assignment, starting in January 2021 and duration is minimum 6 months with possibility to prolong. In this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client. Submit your application in ENGLISH as soon as interviews are ongoing.
