We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer for Bitcraze to support our customers with technical guidance and product expertise. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality support and technical guidance.
Your duties will include:
Assisting development teams with their code backlog
Managing incoming customer inquiries and providing technical support
Following up on customer projects and offering advice for optimal product use
Offloading the engineering team by handling technical requests
Supporting documentation efforts and assisting customers in navigating products
You will contribute to creating a seamless customer experience and fostering strong client relationships. As a Customer Success Engineer at Bitcraze, you will be challenged by technically complex issues and a varied workday. The role also involves participating in product development discussions and improving workflows. This role is perfect for someone who is social and has a keen interest in technology.
We believe you have:
A relevant educational background in technology (software development, systems, etc.)
A good understanding of programming (Python, C)
Experience in technical customer interactions is a bonus
Fluent English, both written and spoken, as it is the company's official language
To succeed in the role of Customer Success Engineer, we believe you are a solution-oriented and adaptable person with an interest in both technology and customer engagement. Participation in open source projects and experience in technical support roles are advantageous. We're looking for a curious and communicative individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is interested in Bitcraze's products. Bitcraze has a flat organization where you'll be involved and encouraged to participate in decision-making processes and the company's strategic direction.
Start date: January 2025
Scope: This is a fulltime position (100%)
