The role
You will be driving the transition from theoretical findings to practical product launches, together with the development team. You will be a subject matter expert responsible for ensuring that all processes in the field emission X-ray tube technology group are aligned to the market requirements. You will be working with end users, design, and production to ensure that the right product is delivered on the right schedule to the right customer
This is a role with much freedom and a rare opportunity to be able to contribute to getting products out on the market that will make a difference in peoples' daily lives - from food safety to medical applications.

Qualifications
• Experience working with product ideas and taking them from proof of concept into production
• MSc, PhD in Material Science, Physics, or relevant field
• Strong communication skills
Meritorious
• Professional working experience in X-ray tube research and development
• Knowledge in high voltage and ultra-high vacuum applications and testing
