hela Sverige As a technical customer support coordinator you will be a part of the network support team of Renault Nordic AB located in Borås. You will provide our customers and Renault dealers within the Nordic region with your technical expertise. The job is driven case by case and handled in a web based management system. In this position, you will support and coach the dealers and colleagues in finding solutions in order to reach high quality, service and thereby strengthens our customer satisfaction.
Besides technical support you will also assist the network support team by handling cases by quality and logistics issues towards the customers.
You have many points of contact on a daily basis both external and internal with the sales and after sales department in Renault Nordic and France. This is a full time position located in Borås.
Main responsibilities:
• Guarantee dealer satisfaction concerning technical support for spare parts and accessories
• Coach and support internal and external customers within administrative tools
• Create relevant instructions and documentations
• Dealer training
• Assist in other administrative cases
• Refine working processes to improve service and way of working
• Minimum 5 years' documented experience as a technician
• Knowledge in technical documentation, vehicle specification or repair methods
• Experience from automotive spare part business is an advantage
• Experience of some customer relations and customer satisfaction
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written. Other Nordic languages and French is an advantage.
• Previous experience from Renault is also an advantage but not a must.
To succeed in this role you need to be able to solve tasks primarily autonomous but also in group. Being customer orientated as well as solution orientated with a technical skill, basics in MS office and administrative abilities is required.
Furthermore you need to have a high level of communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills.
