hela Sverige Are you passionate about driving change and want to be part of an international agile team? We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with Project Management experience to join our team and help drive key initiatives.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Lead key initiatives from analysis phase all the way to implementation.
• Formulate and document process workflows to help standardize activities and ways of working, both internally within the team and across different value streams.
• Assist product owner in prioritizing roadmap and framing key activities.
• Collaborate with lead architects and key experts across business areas.
• Participate and lead agile ceremonies.
• Act as subject matter expert in answering questions relating to our service and platform.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders in setting our system roadmap.
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong agile project management skills; preferably from previous system implementations and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with windows and Linux/Unix based systems.
• Understanding of application and infrastructure layers.
• Experience of programming languages, functional as well as object-oriented.
• Functional knowledge of DevOps, Cloud and SaaS.
• Ability to work independently and with people from various backgrounds.
• Problem solver with a positive can-do attitude.
• Self-starter with the ability to take own initiatives without the need of detailed instructions.
• Team player with an open mind and ready to help others.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and oral.
