Our Merchant Support team is an important part of our business, making sure that Klarna - together with all e-stores cooperating with us - can continue to offer smooth payment solutions.

What will you be doing?
You are leading and coaching your team to make sure we provide spectacular service to our merchants. In a high-paced environment, your assignment is to create conditions for your team to take on more responsibility and making sure that they are constantly developing, and are having fun doing it.

Daily tasks include personnel matters such as performance management and follow-ups, recruitment and improvement projects. The Team Manager has end to end responsibility for delivery, and this includes work done on the process by our outsourcing partners.

You will take own initiatives in a sometimes stressful environment, where your ability to make decisions with sometimes limited support is crucial. You will have daily contact with many internal functions at Klarna as well as with customers. Due to this, you need to have great communication skills. You will need to have good capabilities to cooperate and establish new relationships within Klarna.

Language
Oral and written fluency in English and preferably Swedish
