Team Lead Data Sourcing Management
The position is newly established with the aim of creating and leading a team of data sourcing managers. The Data Sourcing Management team is a part of the new organisational structure for the unit Execution & Data Sourcing unit in IT Group Function.
The Data Sourcing Management team is today a team of 3 data souring managers. The team is expected to grow further the coming years.
The Data Sourcing Management team that manages and drives data deliveries in close cooperation with a large community of people from business, IT and partner organisations in matters related to both development and daily operations.
As the team managed is small the position is expected to be contributing to the tasks of the team in addition to the team lead task.
The position reports to the Head of Execution & Data Sourcing as a part of the Execution & Data Sourcing management team.
Common coordination and governance of IT production for group reporting
Execution & Data Sourcing is responsible for end-to-end monitoring and governing of the IT production and data sourcing supporting Group Functions. Execution & Data Sourcing ensures completion of IT activities to support successful completion of business processes.
The Data Sourcing Management team will have several key responsibilities. Support development projects with data sourcing. Perform monitoring and reporting of data sourcing deliveries. Drive and coordinate data delivery incident. Maintain data delivery agreements and data sourcing catalogue. Perform tactical and operative governance of data deliveries and data sourcing catalogue across business areas and IT community
The Execution & Data Sourcing unit is in the coming years expected to develop and mature the common processes, tools and organisation needed to effectively support the business processes and the operation and development of the Common Information Portal in Nordea. Leading and driving changes and maturity initiatives around service operations management is therefore a vital part of the job.
Experienced IT team lead with good business understanding and experienced in communicating towards business community
You are an experienced IT team lead who has a good track record of managing and developing IT teams. You have the ability and experience of working with people and thrive when working with their development.
You have experiences with IT operations in complex environments and preferred sourcing of data in complex environments and have from this a good track record cooperating with business areas and cross-organisational.
You have a strong ability to create network and drive and coordinate activities in this across a value chain organisation. You have a strong ability to keep the overview and be able to stay positive and constructive in situations with high pressure and expectations from many stakeholders. You are expected to gradually build understanding of business processes being supported.
You design future oriented organisation with appropriate balance between internal and sourced services. You are experienced in developing and implementing processes across a business and IT value chain. You have experience from a role with communication spanning both an IT and business community.
You have good communication skills in English and local language. You are good at communicating and have experience from a role with communication spanning both an IT and business community.
As a person you are service minded and have an optimistic outlook and approach to your surroundings.

The Execution & Data Sourcing unit is reporting to Head of ITGF and today 10 employees located in DK and SE. The unit are also managing resources with our sourcing partners in India.
