www.trelleborg.comTrelleborg AB is looking for a Tax Director to join the Taxes & Group Structure Team. The role as Tax Director will serve as an opportunity to be a part of the development of the organization as well as yourself in an international environment and a truly global team. The position is located at the Group headquarters in Trelleborg and you will report to Vice President Taxes & Group Structure.
The assignment
In this role you will to some extent have a focus on transfer pricing but you will also be involved in a wide range of other international tax matters like:
Managing projects initiated by Group Tax Capitalization issues Intra group charges Internal restructuring Legal structure Tax accounting
You will have an advisory role towards different international stakeholders in the Group as well has managing tax audits.
Your background
To fit the profile and be able to contribute you need a university degree, probably within business administration or similar, as well as 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience from the tax area. To be the candidate we are looking for you need experience in the transfer pricing area as well as international tax matters. The role demands that you speak and write English as well as Swedish fluently.

You have the ability to cooperate on all levels and build professional relationships with internal as well as external stake holders. To be a good match you also need to be a positive person who is down to earth but still with the ability to see the big picture and act professional in a strategic way. You possess the ability to identify and realize process improvements and to collect relevant information for the task at hand.
