We believe that it is not just formal merits that is the most important factor to be a successful consultant. Off course, you will need experience in mechanical design in the field of automotive transmission development, using ProE/Creo and PLM systems (preferably Teamcenter). You should also be used to handle suppliers and have experience in mechatronic systems. But is as equally important to have the right attitude, to be curious, and to be flexible and driven.

Job / Skills

The assignments require you to have good social skills. Because we are looking for System Engineers who also can function as a Task force leader/System project leader; drive the RFQ phase in projects (shifting), and gather knowledge of the whole shifting system.

We are looking for experienced engineer as you will be responsible for time, cost and implementation of existing and future designs. It is vital that you understand the boundary between HW and SW of the shift system.
