Currently operating in 11 countries and over 70 cities, Voi contunites to grow and we 're currently looking for a Talent Sourcer.
As a Talent Sourcer at Voi, you are responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team for the Nordics. You will play a central role in supporting our recruiters with sourcing, interviewing and screening. Above all, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring Voi 's most important asset - its people!
This is a full-time, six months fixed term position located in Stockholm.

Your mission at Voi
• Sourcing & proactive search/pipeline building on roles where needed.
• Engaging with both active & passive candidates.
• Interviewing and screening candidates.
• Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Writing and publishing job advertisements.
• Together with the team, find ways to improve our ways of working.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
What you 'll need to embark
As a Talent Sourcer at Voi, you 'll be working in a fast-paced and changing environment with lots of opportunities to learn. The most important traits you 'll need are grit and a can-do attitude.
• 0-2 years of experience within recruitment.
• Education within HR or equivalent.
• Manage your time well and highly organized.
• Attention to detail.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Consider yourself personable and happy to help others.
• Are ambitious and driven with a keen interest in improving processes and development - both as a team and personally.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
