We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join a highly committed and engaging talent team who are always striving to be the best at what they do! This is initially a consulting assignment for 6 months, with good opportunities for employment directly with Benify.

About the position
Your role is to work alongside benifys international talent team and hiring managers, to manage and supplement the sourcing and selection of high calibre talent. The key focus will be to continuously develop the candidate pipelines using a wide range of external channels and tools including LinkedIn and ATS. You will use your skills, knowledge and curiosity to build sourcing strategies that identify talent, whilst ensuring Benify search for and provide the most diverse pipelines possible.
As?Talent Sourcer,?you will:??
• Understand trends and innovations in the external markets and their impact
• Undertake ongoing research projects including competitor analysis, studies of regional talent pools and mapping talent that will help the team to achieve their hiring and wider diversity and inclusion goals
• Identify high quality candidates to fill key roles across the international region
• Partner with internal hiring managers and recruiters to understand the role requirements, candidate profile and define the candidate identification strategy for positions
• Source active and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping and relationship building
• Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events.
• Provide an initial screen and high-level assessment of a candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities and overall fit for the role
• Actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking system
• Source for and interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor)
Your profile
Requirements:
• Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills
• The ability to interpret and use data insights from internal sources and the external market to influence and inform the team's sourcing strategy
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment
• Collaborative, creative and detail oriented
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
