We are excited to offer an exclusive opportunity to join our dynamic team in Purchasing as an Associate Buyer within our Talent Program. Over the first 12-18 months, you'll participate in a transformative journey, which includes rotational assignments in various departments, complemented by hands-on experience as an Associate Buyer. Following successful completion of the talent program, the plan is to move into a full-time role within our Purchasing Department, utilizing your newfound skills and expertise.

Position Overview
As an Associate Buyer within our Talent Program, you will have the unique opportunity to have a rotational experience where you spend 50% of your working time gaining invaluable exposure to different departments within our organization. This rotation will help you develop a holistic understanding of our business operations within the supply chain. For the remaining 50% of your time, you will work closely with our Purchasing team to gain purchasing expertise. You will also benefit from mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals within the supply chain area, ensuring you receive the support needed to thrive in your role.
To be successful and have fun in this role we believe:
* You are a collaborative team player
* You like to try new things, experiment and are passionate about continuous improvements in your daily work
* You are fluent in English
* You have a relevant university degree or other relevant education
* You have two years or less of combined work experience after Gymnasium/University/other post-secondary education (Excluding part-time work during your studies)
* Working permit is a requirement.
