Right now we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, who'll be part of setting the foundation for the growth of Mathem as a tech company, so we can be at the utmost forefront in using technology to make our customers' lives a lot more convenient. This is the position for you who want to drive our tech sourcing during our exciting scale-up phase, in order for us to be one of the most successful tech companies in Sweden!
This is what you'll do
As a Talent Acquisition Tech Sourcer, you'll be part of the TA team, working closely with both the TA Partners and stakeholders from Mathem's tech organization within Product, Development, Data, and IT Operations. You will be responsible for the sourcing goals for the tech recruitment as well as setting the sourcing strategy and raising the bar for attracting and recruiting the best talent there is.
You'll be part of building a tech organization that's scaling up rapidly. We'll provide you with a modern set of recruitment tools and the opportunity to apply your knowledge within tech sourcing and TA. This gives you a great opportunity to initiate and drive your ideas into reality to improve our sourcing process and employer branding strength.
More in detail about the role:
• Drive talent acquisition sourcing together with Mathem's TA-team & tech organization
• Building a strong candidate network through active sourcing, both short & long term
• Building and maintaining several candidate pipelines
• Developing efficient tech sourcing processes and ensuring the market's best candidate experience
• Being part of and initiating/driving employer branding as an attractive and including onboarding together with the relevant teams within the organization
The skills you need:
• 1-2+ years of experience in sourcing and talent acquisition, working in-house or from an agency, preferably in a highly scalable environment
• A university degree in a related field
• Solid expertise in candidate sourcing, using boolean searches and tools like LinkedIn/Github/Stackoverflow/AmazingHiring to attract top talents
• Experience in working close to and understanding the basics of a tech and product organization, sourcing for both software engineering and product roles
• Experience working with an ATS, like Teamtailor/Greenhouse/Workday etc.
• Living in or nearby the Stockholm area and are fluent in both Swedish and English.
Some "nice to haves":
• Experience in stakeholder management & process planning
• Experience of a modern product company
• Experience in one or more of the following areas; people analytics, onboarding process, interview training, compensation & benefits, work permits & relocation, people & leadership development, diversity & international recruiting.

You're communicative, curious, and probably the person who can't resist doing a google query when you bump into a concept you don't understand. You're creative in finding candidates as well as new ways to make Mathem visible as an attractive tech company. Furthermore, you're a person thriving in an environment with some ambiguities; all the processes aren't in place, but there are really great opportunities to influence!
