About Mindler

Most people suffer from mental health problems at some point in their lives. Mindler was founded in 2018 by two psychologists and one doctor with the vision to enable a world with better mental health. Since then, we have helped thousands of people to meet a psychologist via our app, having more than 200 accredited psychologists working for us. In Sweden, Mindler is already now the leading provider of access to licensed psychologists and evidence based treatment methods, through safe technology e.g. video meetings.

What would you be working with?

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Mindler, you will be a part of our talent team and primarily be responsible for our international talent acquisition efforts. Some of your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Attracting and engaging talent within a wide variety of fields; including psychology, product development, and other essential business functions
• Identifying qualified candidate profiles through interviews and various screening techniques
• Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities and managing candidate communication with employer brand and candidate experience in focus
• Taking a data-driven approach to talent acquisition, by measuring recruitment KPIs & statistics

Who are you?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, full professional proficiency in French is a big plus
• Degree in HRM, Psychology, or other relevant field
• +3 years of experience within Talent Acquisition for a broad range of roles, preferably tied to international expansion
• Solid experience managing applicant tracking systems
• Skilled in a wide variety of sourcing methodologies
• A passion for engaging talent and building great teams
• Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Great interpersonal skills and a service mindset
