We are looking for a new colleague to our R&D department who wants to work in an exciting company with strong growth and good profitability. We are centrally located in Stockholm, but with the world as a workplace where most of our customers are global companies with operations outside Sweden.

As a software developer at Tacton you will be working at our R & D department to develop a new generic platform. The goal of the platform is that it can be used as a standard solution to our customers. After the platform is deployed, it should be further developed, maintained and expanded to fit more and different types of customers. We work mainly on developing advanced web solutions in our proprietary software Tacton Configurator primarily written in Java and JQuery but also solutions developed in .NET occur. The base of our software is our unique AI engine. We are looking for a software developer with at least 3 years of relevant experience in object-oriented programming.
Areas that you will be working in are:
High interactive web applications based on HTML5 and CSS3
Stable, fast and secure server solutions in Java.
Integrations with ancillary business, such as ERP, CRM, PDM and PLM
Requirements:
• +3 years of work experience as a developer
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java and Javascript.
• Fluent in English and basic knowledge of Swedish
• Previous experience in development of web applications
Meritorious: * Web design and graphic design * Experience of test-driven development * Knowledge of support
systems that exist within different parts of a company's operations (ERP, CRM, PLM / PDM, CAD) * Previous experience of project work
Our unique introductory program starts in April 2015. We offer an induction program for 8 weeks to our new employees that provide an overall understanding of how Tacton operate like businesses.
