The Team
Today we are growing rapidly and are therefore looking for a System Verification Leader with a cyber security focus to join our Battery Management System team in creating innovative design and smart solutions for the electrical system in batteries. The team is working in a cross-functional setup within areas of Functional safety, Cyber security, and Battery function design.
The role
As a System Verification Leader you will be responsible for the complete test plan for the in -house development projects for battery systems that are used in the heavy-duty electric vehicles, machines, and fuel cell systems. You will make sure that the test plan aligns with project milestones, coordinate test facilities/objects, prioritizing the sequence, aligning the plan with maturity stages for the components and so on.
This role requires a broad understanding of electrical architecture, which includes both 800V traction voltage components and low voltage communications harnesses. You will be working closely with the hardware and software teams to make sure that the validation of our concepts and components are secured.

To succeed in this role, you need
A bachelor or master's degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics or similar (equivalent experience is also adequate)
Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within electrification
Understanding of the verification phase in the automotive industry
Meritorious, if you have
Experience in battery systems
Experience from test environments such as HiL, test rigs, vehicles etc
Knowledge in Functional Safety and ISO-26262
Basic understanding of UNCE R155 Regulation, ISO 21434 Standard
Experience from planning tools, such as MS Project, Jira, SystemWeaver or similar
