hela Sverige HR IT is looking for a new member to the team. We are supporting Scania with HR solutions, covering the whole lifecycle; from requirements, implementation projects to ongoing further development and maintenance.

Responsibilities
Understanding the business strategies and visualize the future IT landscape that enables the business goals. Contribute with your knowledge and expertise, to develop our existing HR IT landscape and keep up to date with technical developments. Participate in and support implementation projects and technical releases. Maintenance and problem solving related to our HR applications.
Your profile
We are looking for applicants with an MSc in Information Technology or similar.
Work life experience of 3-5 years is required, as minimum.
In order to be successful you need to have:
Experience from working with global ERP, cloud and hybrid based business applications, especially in large organizations with complex, mixed environments
Broad technical aptitude, strong design and analytical skills
Interest in master data management
Experience of understanding business requirements and working with key business
and technology stakeholders
Ability to articulate ideas and be fluent in whiteboard demonstrations
Strong collaboration and communication skills, good at networking and creating relationships
Experience and practice from using agile working methods
Experience from the HR area
You should have a positive attitude and be able to cooperate with the team, but also work independently when required. Your ability to take responsibility, be structured and self-propelled is very important. You must be proficient in written and spoken English. Swedish and German language skills is an advantage.
