The Swedish subsidiary has been established in July 2017 to provide technical support for our business unit. The initial focus is on network-operation-as-a-service in order to support our existing customers. In close cooperation with our customers, we will now advance the stabilization of the northern European energy networks and enhance our sales and marketing activities in Scandinavia.
Due to PSI 's growing influence in the Scandinavian market we are searching for highly qualified col-leagues to join our continuously expanding team. You will be working independently with great responsibility in a modern, challenging and demanding environment. As System Administrator you will have the opportunity to participate in PSI's promising future in the northern European market.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluating disturbances and calls for our Swedish customers
• Handling and coordination of trouble shooting on 1st and 2nd level
• Analyzing problems of the PSI software as well as trouble on network and Linux levels
• Parameterizing and customizing applications
• Solving technical problems in close co-operation with the PSI project and development teams
• Documentation and follow-up of the measures taken in the ticket system
• Customer training
QUALIFICATIONS
• Final degree as electrical eng., information and communication eng. or computer sciences
• Strong knowledge of network control
• Practical experience in IT helpdesk support (1st and 2nd level)
• Strong customer focus and top communication skills in Swedish and English. German language skills of advantage
• Profound methodological skills
